The Ellipse Series explores symmetry, light and the way a sculpture changes as you move around it.
Available in sizes from 900 mm to 2400 mm, each Ellipse combines a Corten steel form with seven curved aluminium blades and glass tips. Throughout the day, changing light reveals different edges, shadows and reflections across its surface. After dark, warm IP65 LED lighting supplied with each piece illuminates the inner blades while the outer form settles into shadow, creating a soft, lantern-like presence.
An Ellipse can stand alone, but the collection is particularly effective in clusters of three. Varying the scale, spacing and orientation creates a stronger rhythm across a garden or landscape, with every viewing angle revealing a different balance of curve, shadow and light.
